Create frame
design and print a frame to hold the hardware and support the stresses that will be caused by the moving parts
Construct the eyestalk
4 wires will be used for movement, they will need to pass through a series of guides and be affixed to the final guide. Needs to attach to the frame for support. Test central stalk with disc guides vs. cones with guides.
Cover it in latex
Use liquid latex to make a "skin" for the tumor that can be attached to skin with more latex or glue.
Clay model
Use polymer clay to model the tumor and construct the latex shell
